Returns & Exchanges Policy: How to Return or Swap Items

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

💬 Our Policy

You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In like-new condition

  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or were received more than 14 days ago.

🔁 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your account
    Access your order by clicking the Login link in our main navigation menu.

  2. Select your order
    Once logged in, go to your order history and select the item you want to return or exchange.

  3. Follow the prompts
    You’ll be guided through the return/exchange process. We’ll send you instructions and a return label if your request qualifies.

⚠️ Please Note:

  • Return shipping fees may apply unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

  • Exchanges are shipped once your return is accepted.
